Our multidisciplinary team includes Dr. Rosemary Laird, Medical Director, Dr. Kelly Dunn, Psychiatric Consultant, Nurses, Social Worker, and Reverend Linn Possell our Resource Coordinator, who is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner.

Our person-centered approach to care fosters success and contentment for each resident. Our sensory program is designed to engage our residents through the different senses while promoting connections and opportunities for creativity and joy.

We offer hands on assistance in Activities of Daily Living, including medication administration and clinical oversight. We provide a specially designed recreation and therapeutic activities’ program to meet the needs of each resident. Our new short-term stabilization program is an innovative, successful 30-day respite program.
We are especially aware of the need to be flexible with such a diversity of need for those whom we care. Our program ensures each individual’s goals are met. There are no move in, community, or assessment fees. No points or care levels. Just a simple straight forward agreement with no hidden fees.

FAMILY INVOLVEMENT
At Autumn House, we see ourselves as an extension of your family. Families are the vital link for each resident.
Family members are integrally involved with the program of care at all times. Our Resource Coordinator and Social Worker are readily available for advocacy, education, and assistance.
