The restaurant at  4465 King Street is known as a popular gathering after 2 a.m., when bars and clubs close. A woman was shot in the abdomen, then airlifted to a hospital where she is in critical but stable condition. A man was hit in the leg – he showed up at a hospital and was treated and released, said Fernez.

A suspect has not been identified and it is an ongoing investigation.

Witnesses cited a white Toyota Camry leaving the scene, but BCSO has not confirmed if the vehicle was involved.
