DONT MISS HOT LATIN SALSA NIGHT NOV. 10
BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA — The Space Coast State Fair will feature the incredible sounds of Salsa music by Bella and Aurelio, who have been “DJ-ing” Salsa music here in the central Florida area for the last three years.
Bella and Aurelio will provide Salsa music on the main stage at the Space Coast State Fair on Sunday, Nov. 10 from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.
“The greatest thing about Salsa music is that you don’t have to understand the words because what really matters is the hot, sexy, fun rhythms produced by the perfectly blended percussion, horns and vocals which speak to so many people around the world,” said Bella.
“Not only do Latinos Salsa, but the Japanese are doing it, the Italians are doing it, and so are the Africans, Celtics and Canadians! PuraSalsa-dj plays the best Salsa dance music from the latest and greatest Salsa musicians in the world.”
SHARING THE PASSION
Aurelio comes from a very musical Puerto Rican family of musicians who reside in the greatest Salsa capital in this country – New York City. A design engineer by profession, Aurelio loves to DJ in his off-time. In fact, this is exactly what he used to do in New York City.
Bella, on the other hand, comes from a Latin-American home where Salsa music and dance were, and still are, a part of her deeply impassioned culture. Although she is certified in corporate management, she finds more opportunity for self-expression playing Salsa music.
When they met on the job 10 years ago, they happened to hear someone playing salsa music on the radio. Bella asked Aurelio if he liked that sound, and that was all it took as a fabulous relationship unfolded through their love of the music.
“We decided to combine our DJ-ing equipment and collection of music so we could bring it to others and share their passion,” said Bella.
They certainly both agree – DJ-ing Salsa music is an enormous amount of fun and they only hope they can share their passion for the music with you and make you feel and enjoy the music as much as they do!
“The one thing we have learned from other Latin DJs about DJ-ing Salsa music, and something that is particularly important, is to play the music from the very beginning of the song through to its final note,” said Aurelio.
” ‘Salseros’, those who dance to salsa music, want to hear the beginning, so they are able to recognize the style of dance and then have the opportunity to pick a partner, as well as hearing the very end of each song so they can perform their greatest and final move.”
