BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – West Melbourne detectives arrested Jesse Allen Hoopes, 26, yesterday for 30 counts of Lewd/Lascivious Battery, according to West Melbourne police.

Hoopes is suspected of committing these crimes in 2010 when he was 22 years old, and the victim was 12 years old.
