UCF’S BLAKE BORTLES TO ENTER NFL DRAFT

ORLANDO , FLORIDA – According to the Orlando Sentinel, the University of Central Florida’s redshirt junior quarterback Blake Bortles will announce tomorrow that he will enter the NFL draft.

Bortles is projected as a probable first-rounder in the upcoming 2014 NFL Draft.

The 6-foot, 4-inch, 230-pound Bortles, a graduate of Oviedo High, lead the Knights to their first BCS Bowl victory when UCF stunned the heavily favored Baylor Bears 52-42 on New Year’s Day.

During his three year career at UCF, he threw for 7,598 yards and 56 TD’s.  This season, Bortles amassed 3,58o yards, 25 touchdown passes and rushed for 272 yards and 6 scores.
