Jonathan Prive Charged With Online Enticement of Minor

ORLANDO, FLORIDA – Jonathan Tyler Prive, 25, of Brevard County was arraigned Friday in federal court in Orange County on charges he tried to engage in sexual activities with a minor.

Prive, a resident of West Melbourne, was charged with online enticement of a minor, and attempted online enticement of a minor.

If convicted, he faces a minimum sentence of 10 years, and up to life in prison.

Prive, who also faces charges in Brevard County, is in the Seminole County jail on a no-bond status.
