Florida Tech Names Student-Athletes of the Week

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA — Florida Tech senior Andrew Bartlett and the women’s rowing novice four have been named Panther Student-Athletes of the Week for the period of April 14-20.

Bartlett hit with a .528 average over three games last weekend, as the Panthers took on Barry. The Ocala, Fla. native recorded four doubles to go with four RBIs over the series. He went 4-for-6 with two doubles, two runs scored, and an RBI in the opening game against the Bucs.

Bartlett ended the weekend with a .562 on-base percentage, and a .846 slugging percentage.

Bartlett and the Panther baseball team will return to action Tuesday night when they travel to face Saint Leo.

First pitch is set for 6 p.m. ET. The women’s rowing team will be back on the water this week at the SSC Championships in Sarasota, Fla. The SSC Championships begin at 9 a.m. Friday morning.
