Florida Tech’s Larsson 23rd After Third Round 76

One Round Remains At 2014 NCAA Division II Women’s Golf Championships
CONOVER, N.C. (Florida Tech Women’s Golf) – Florida Tech freshman Johanna Larsson entered Friday’s third round of the 2014 NCAA Division II Women’s Golf Championships seven shots off the lead.

Larsson was under-par early in her round, but could not make up any ground on the leaders. She will begin Saturday’s final round in a tie for 23rd.
Larsson was five-over-par on Friday with a round of 76. She is 14-over-par for the tournament with a total of 227. Larsson birdied the par-4 second, but finished the front nine holes one-over-par. She played the back nine four-over-par to finish with a 76.
Lynn will enter the final round with a 13 shot lead in the team standings. Barry and Tarleton State are tied for second. The Fighting Knights shot the low round of the day with a 291 for a three-round total of 882.

Jessica Bradley of Lynn took over the lead in the individual standings. Bradley shot the best round of the tournament so far with a two-under-par 69 on Friday. She leads Jessica Pickwick of Tarleton State and Central Oklahoma’s Taylor Neidy by one shot.
Final round play begins at 8:30 a.m. ET Saturday morning at Rock Barn Golf & Spa. Live scoring will be available at FloridaTechSports.com, and a live video stream will begin at noon.
