Costa Rica has already punched its ticket to round two. England will be playing for pride after two disappointing games which resulted in 2-1 losses to Italy and Uruguay.
Both of these squads defeated England and need a win for a chance to advance to the round of 16.
Ivory Coast can advance to the second round with a win. Greece has two losses and can’t advance. Ivory Coast’s brothers Yaya and Kolo Toure have decided to stay with the squad as they mourn the death of another sibling, Ibrahim, who passed away of cancer last week.
Colombia has already advanced to the second round, so don’t be surprised if they rest stars such as r 22-year-old phenom, James Rodriguez. In order to advance to round 2, Japan needs a win for any coupled with have an Ivory Coast loss or tie.
