ABOVE VIDEO: Howard Li, 25, spent 700 days to travel through every single state in the United States and record himself waving the American flag. Li told ABC news he was inpsired to make the video during a roadtrip from Louisiana to Florida. Li said he is planning similar trips to the Canadian Provinces and Central America.
