BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Palm Bay Volleyball tryouts will be held August 4-6 from 4-6 p.m. in the Palm Bay High School gymnasium, located at 101 Pirate Lane in Melbourne, Florida. (Map above)

In order to tryout, any interested girls must bring in completed FHSAA forms EL2 (physical), EL3 (parental consent), and EL3CH (concussion and heat related illness).

No one will be permitted to tryout without these forms being filled out completely. They must be brought to the first day of tryouts.
