Linda Herridge Is FPRA Space Coast 2014 PR Professional of the Year

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Space Coast Florida Public Relations Association will honor Linda Herridge at their 2014 PR Professional of the Year Award Dinner on Thursday, Sept. 25.

The Space Coast Florida Public Relations Association will honor Linda Herridge at their 2014 PR Professional of the Year Award Dinner on Thursday, Sept. 25.

The organization will honor Herridge as this year’s PR Professional of the Year. Herridge, a long-time member and past chapter president, is employed by Abacus Technology Corp.

“The PR Professional of the Year Award is our Chapter’s highest honor and is presented to a senior member of the organization who has made significant Public Relations achievements in the community over the past 12 months,” said a release by the Space Coast Florida Public Relations Association.

Toasting Herridge will be local PR colleagues and friends including Roger Pynn, APR, CPRC; Suzanne Sparling, APR, CPRC; Geo Ropert, APR; and Lisa Malone, APR, CPRC.

The event will include chapter awards for service excellence, followed by the swearing-in of the Space Coast FPRA Chapter 2014/15 Board of Directors.

The event will be held at Izzy’s Bistro Restaurant, located at 6615 N. Atlantic Ave., Cape Canaveral. (On A1A Next to Sunseed co-op). A cash bar will open at 5:30 and the program will begin at 6 p.m.

Advance reservations may be made until Sept. 12. FPRA members and guests tickets are $40, and non-members may purchase tickets for $45. The ticket price includes dinner, tax and gratuity. Tickets after Sept, 12 are $50.
