Road Work Planned For Next Week On Bayside Lakes Boulevard

MAINTENANCE SET FOR NEXT TWO WEEKS ON MAJOR COLLECTOR ROADWAY

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Resurfacing Bayside Lakes Boulevard between Cogan Drive and Degroodt Road will begin on Monday, Sept. 22, and will last for approximately two weeks.

Resurfacing extends the life of the roadway and reduces future maintenance work. While the roadway will remain open during the resurfacing, motorists traveling through this area can expect lane closures during the construction.

Bayside Lakes Boulevard is considered a major collector roadway with an average of more than 6,000 vehicle trips per day according to the most recent traffic data.

The cost for the project is $435,000 which is funded through the city’s road program.
