TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA –The Rick Scott for Florida campaign, the Republican Party of Florida, and Let’s Get To Work announced fundraising totals of over $10.5 million in the month of August.

Announcing the number, Republican Party of Florida Chairman Leslie Dougher said:

“The campaign to re-elect Rick Scott continues to gain momentum, and the contributions we have received to date are a sign that we are well on our way to victory in November. We will continue to talk to millions of voters in-person, by phone, by mail, on their televisions and online, outlining the difference between Charlie Crist’s talk and Rick Scott’s action”

BREAKDOWN OF FUNDS RAISED FOR SCOTT”S RE-ELECTION:

  • $6.60 million raised by Republican Party of Florida
  • $2.70 million raised by Let’s Get To Work
  • $1.27 million raised by Rick Scott for Florida

(NOTE: This does not double count a $5 million transfer from Let’s Get to Work to RPOF last month.)
