NAPLES, FLORIDA — A man is under arrest for stealing over 40 items from the K-Mart located at 4955 Golden Gate Pkwy.
According to WinkNews.com, police say Roberto Rodriguez, 30 was traveling around the store in a wheelchair. He was seen by an employee placing items into his pants.
According to authorities, Rodriguez asked a shopper to place a flat screen television on his lap, then asked another shopper to push him out of the store without paying for any of the items he had.
Rodriguez was detained by officials outside the store. Police say the value of stolen items totaled $1,395.94.
