Erek Larson of Titusville Wins $1M Lottery Jackpot

TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA – The Florida Lottery announced that Erek Larson, 28, of Titusville, claimed a $1 million top prize in the 50X THE CASH Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee.
He chose to receive his winnings in a one-time, lump-sum payment of $740,432.97.
Larson purchased his winning ticket from Nidy’s Grocery, located at 2120 Garden Street in Titusville. The retailer received a bonus commission of $2,000 for selling the $1 million winning ticket.
The $10 game, 50X THE CASH, offers more than $164 million in cash prizes, including 16 top prizes of $1 million. Five top prizes remain, and the game’s overall odds of winning are one-in-3.46
