CAPTURED IN LESS THAN 15 HOURS

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Less than 15 hours after being listed as the Fugitive of the Week through the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office’s new “TURN ‘EM IN TUESDAY” Program, Daniel Rush is off our streets and is headed to jail.
Following last night’s FaceBook Post listing Rush as a Fugitive, the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Unit received an anonymous call that confirmed the address where Rush was hiding.
Through various investigative efforts Agents had previously identified the residence as a possible location and subsequently approached the residence this morning in an attempt to locate Rush.
While on surveillance, Agents observed Rush trying to covertly look out the windows of the residence and converged on the house. After several hours of trying to convince him to surrender, Rush exited the home and was taken into custody.
This is just another great example of good old fashion police work and community partnerships coming together to get criminals off our streets.
