Palm Bay Motorcyclist Killed In Melbourne Crash

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – A 25-year old Palm Bay man was killed Monday at about 6:40 p.m. in an automobile – motorcycle crash at Dairy Road and Eber Boulevard, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Michaeleen Blair, 83, was traveling northbound on Dairy Road in the left turn lane, as the victim was riding a 2004 Kawasaki motorcycle southbound on Dairy Road in the through lane.

The traffic light for Dairy Road turned yellow and Blair, of Melbourne, attempted to make a left turn onto Eber Boulevard.

As the victim traveled straight through the intersection, the front of the victim’s motorcycle struck the right, front of Blair’s 2006 Hyundai, and the victim was ejected from the motorcycle.

This crash remains under investigation.
