BREVARD COUNTY • MERRITT ISLAND, FLORIDA — Senior United States District Judge John Antoon, II, sentenced 39-year-old Michael Glenn Glascock of Merritt Island, to life in federal prison for the Online Sexual Enticement of a Minor.

BCSO-STAR-180He was also sentenced to a concurrent term of 30 years for the Sexual Exploitation of a Child for the Purpose of Producing Child Pornography.

The investigation was conducted Agent Michael Spadafora of the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office in 2013.

During these conversations Glascock described his ongoing sexual abuse of an infant child victim and expressed an interest in meeting the agent and the agent’s fictitious minor daughter.

Glascock further expressed a desire to meet and engage in illegal sexual activity with the fictitious child, and additionally offered to allow the agent to engage in sexual activity with a child victim.

After confirming the suspect’s identity and location, Sheriff’s Office agents immediately responded and addressed him to prevent further victimization.

During an interview, Glascock admitted to producing pornographic images of the child victim, to sexually abusing the child as depicted in images, and to distributing and receiving images of child pornography over the Internet.

Agents executed a search warrant at Glascock’s home and recovered the electronic equipment he had used to produce explicit images involving the child victim.

Agents were able to identify and locate the victim who was transported for medical attention.
