BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Titusville police Detectives arrested Torrance Jav’on Jefferson, 21, on Friday in connection with the recent rash of burglaries that has plagued the Plantation Oaks subdivision.

Jefferson, of Titusville, was charged with two counts of Burglary and two counts of Grand Theft.

According to Titusville Police Sgt. Glen Hamann, Jefferson was in possession of a significant number of stolen items connecting him to several of the burglaries currently under investigation.

The investigation has directly connected Jefferson with at least seven of the burglaries and more charges are expected, according to Sgt. Hamann.

There is the potential for more victims to be identified and Titusville Police continue their investigation.

Detectives plan to attend the Plantation Oaks Homeowner’s Association meeting on Tuesday to identify victims and facilitate the return of their stolen property.
