Palm Bay Man Arrested On Child Sex Abuse Charges

ENTERPRISE, ALABAMA – Eprise.com reports that Michael D. Terry, 71, of Palm Bay, was arrested and charged by the Enterprise, Alabama police department with various sex crimes against a child that date back to the early 1980’s.
Terry was arrested last Friday and charged with first-degree sodomy, incest, first-degree rape and first-degree sexual abuse, according to a news release from the police department.
According to police, the victim had reported to Enterprise Police detectives that the sexual abuse occurred numerous times over the course of three years while Terry lived in Enterprise.
