BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – It was the final day for the Melbourne Air & Space Show at the Melbourne International Airport and spectators got to see the U.S. Navy Blue Angels, U.S. Air Force F-22 Raptors and U.S. Air Force F-16 Fighting Falcons one more time.
The event featured the best line up of any Florida Air Show with demonstrations provided by the U.S. Air Force F-22 Raptor, F-16 Viper, U.S. Marine Corps MV-22 Osprey and the Blue Angels, of course.
The 2015 Melbourne Air & Space Show was headlined by the U.S. Navy Blue Angels but the Raptor was also a fan favorite with the steep vertical climb that is one of the famous stunts by the Raptor.
Top civilian acts included the GEICO Skytypers who also performed in the spectacle that filled the skies over Melbourne International Airport for the past weekend.
The date has been set for next year’s air show, on April 2-3 of 2016, the show will return with feature shows to be determined at a late date.
