Joevonte Petit-Homme, 22, Charged With Sexual Battery, Use of Computer To Seduce, Lure Child
BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Palm Bay police arrested Joevonte Petit-Homme, 22, and charged him with sexual battery and use of a computer to seduce and lure a child after he enticed a 16-year-old girl into a gang rape last Monday, according to police.
The victim and Petit-Homme communicated on Facebook, and agreed to meet at an inside of an apartment at the Pines Apartment Complex in Palm Bay.
According to police, Petit-Homme “flopped her (the victim) on the bed,” and then four or five other men then entered the room.

Despite the victim’s protest, a police report said the suspect and two others held her down and raped her. The victim pleaded with the men to stop, telling them that she had a boyfriend and she wanted to go home.
Petit-Homme is currently in the Brevard County Jail on a $200,000 bond.
According to the Palm Bay Police, the incident is under investigation and more arrests could come in this case.
