BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Eastern Florida’s softball team has signed five players for the fall 2015 and spring 2016 seasons.

Joining the Titans will be Destinee Howard a right-handed pitcher and infielder from Oviedo, Florida, High; Savannah Alley, a right-handed third baseman from Mountain View Christian School in Las Vegas; Ashley Chambers, an infielder from Creekside, Florida, High; Kaipoleimanu Episom, an infielder from Odyssey Charter High in Las Vegas; and right-handed pitcher Gabrielle Montaie from Sheldon High in Sacramento, California.

Eastern Florida last week qualified for the NJCAA Region 8/FCSAA Tournament for the 11th straight season.

The Titans lose four sophomores to graduation: Pitcher/infielder Dajia Jones; shortstop Gabby Jones; catcher Shelby Nazworth; and utility player Sara Vicente.
