Sheriff Needs Your Help To Locate Missing Juvenile

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate missing/runaway juvenile 15-year old Zoe Skylar Windham.

Windham was last seen by her foster parents at her residence in Merritt Island on April 3 at approximately 11:00 p.m.

The foster parents were able to provide Agents from the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office with several addresses in Tampa, Florida.

Based on investigative leads by the Tampa Police Department, it is believed that Windham may be in the company of her birth mother, Michelle A. Windham, 34, with a last known address of 8923 N. 40th Street in Tampa.

Officers from the Tampa Police Department responded to the residence, but have been unable to make contact with Michelle Windham at this time. The parent’s parental rights have been terminated.

Zoe Windham is approximately 5-feet-4 inches tall, weighs 165 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.
