ABOVE VIDEO: Footage of a massive brawl at the Conch House Marina Resort in St. Augustine. According to a police report, the incident started when two women got into a fight and several witnesses say security became “overly aggressive” and one victim was “knocked unconscious,” thrown in the water, and was pulled out after the man started “drowning.”
