BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA — Congressman Bill Posey awarded the 2015 Congressional Medal of Merit last week to 24 graduating high school seniors of Florida’s 8th Congressional District.

These distinguished students were nominated by their schools in recognition of their outstanding academic achievement, commitment to their communities and civic involvement.

They are leaders in the area of peer respect, school citizenship, and are involved in extracurricular activities.
