BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Delta Air Lines is adding new service to accommodate the demand for commercial air travel via Melbourne International Airport with the addition of a new non-stop evening flight to Atlanta starting June 4.

The new flight potentially increases MLB’s passenger service by 31,200 passengers per year.

This announcement is on the heels of MLB experiencing a year-to-date commercial passenger increase of 15 percent.

The additional service is being provided nearly daily, Sunday through Friday, and is timed and positioned to provide more options for MLB’s growing base of business and leisure travelers.

Weekend trips to Atlanta’s hot spots, sports, shopping and culture is easily within reach with the quick non-stop flights. And business travelers welcome the early evening return home to the Space Coast.

Delta Air Lines Flight #4910 will depart Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport at 5:39 p.m. and arrive at MLB at 7:14 p.m.

The flight will then depart MLB at 7:39 p.m., arriving in Atlanta at 9:14 p.m.

The new flight will be operated by Delta Air Lines’ Connection Carrier Express Jet.
