BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – To celebrate the release of Low Country Boil Ale, Playalinda Brewing Company and Wild Ocean Seafood co-hosted a Low Country Shrimp Boil at the brewery on Sunday, pairing a plate piled high with shrimp, clams, kielbasa, corn and red potatoes with a pint of Low Country Boil Ale.
Wild Ocean also prepared a selection of side items available a la carte.
Inspired by Cape Canaveral’s famous Royal Red shrimp, Playalinda Brewing Company’s Brewmaster Ron Raike, is brewing a Low Country Boil Ale using 20 pounds of local shrimp sourced from Titusville seafood market, Wild Ocean.
The seafood ale is also brewed with fresh seasonal ingredients including corn and select herbs to imitate the flavor of Old Bay seasoning and smoked sausage, two Low County boil essentials.
The festivities were held at the Playalinda Brewing Company, located at 305 S. Washington Avenue in Titusville.
