Brevard County Sheriff, Titusville Police Seek Suspect In Brandee Kelly Murder

BREVARD COUNTY • MIMS, FLORIDA – Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Deputies and SWAT team members served a search warrant on a home in Mims on Tuesday in search of 29-year-old Quentin Terrance Woodruff, a suspect in the homicide of 24-year-old Brandee Kelly.

According to Cpl. Dave Jacobs of the Brevard County Sheriff’s Department, Woodruff is being sought by the Game Over Task Force after Agents with the Titusville Police Department obtained a warrant for Woodruff’s arrest on second degree Murder.

The warrant was served at a home off Wylie Avenue where Woodruff was thought to be hiding. After BCSO blocked off several streets in the area, Deputies were able to verify that Woodruff was not inside the residence.

Cpl. Jacobs said Woodruff is considered to be armed and dangerous, and anyone with information about the whereabouts of Woodruff is asked to please call Brevard County Sheriff’s Office at 321-633-7162 or CRIMELINE at 1-800- 423-TIPS (8477).
