BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Dale Sorensen Real Estate Brevard announced the opening of its second location in Brevard County.
The announcement unveils just over a year since the opening of its first Brevard County location on the Barrier Island of Indialantic.
The new office, located at 7730 Wickham Road in Melbourne, will specialize in the community of Viera and the surrounding Suntree and Baytree neighborhoods.
Scott Reynolds, Director of Development for the company, said the choice of location for the newest office was actually the most logical choice for the company.
“We identified Viera early on as a possible location for our company’s future growth,” Reynolds said.
“We realized that the Viera luxury neighborhoods were underserved by the real estate industry and that there was no clear leader in the luxury real estate market.”
The agents of Dale Sorensen Real Estate are experts in the luxury real estate market and have been serving the Treasure Coast for more than a decade.
“We have exclusive relationships and partnerships with luxury real estate marketing magazines, websites and affiliates,” Reynolds said.
The addition of another office has had a positive impact on the rest of the company as well.

“We have a broad reach with our marketing tools and resources and we can cross-sell faster and more efficiently.”
The company plans to hire approximately 20 sales agents as well as support staff for this additional location.
