The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting incident that resulted in a fatality, which occurred Tuesday evening on Venus Drive in the unincorporated area of Cocoa.
The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting incident that resulted in a fatality, which occurred Tuesday evening on Venus Drive in the unincorporated area of Cocoa.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting incident that resulted in a fatality, which occurred Tuesday evening on Venus Drive in the unincorporated area of Cocoa.

According to Cpl. Dave Jacobs of the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office, Homicide and Crime Scene investigators are currently interviewing witnesses and processing the scene for evidence.

The identities of the victim, and any of the individuals involved, are not being released at this time.

According to Cpl. Jacobs, the scene is secure and investigators are now in the area of Venus Drive to determine the circumstances of what appears to be an isolated incident.
