“We wanted to send a high energy message that describes how great this city is, who we are and what we are about as a city,” said Andy Anderson the city’s Economic and Business Development administrator who narrates one of three versions of the sixty second promo.
“We did this all in-house which saved us a ton of money and we plan to circulate it across a wide variety of audiences. We want people to know who we are and that we are ready to get to work to build an even better Palm Bay.”
It also features a short segment about “raising sports heroes” and includes Bayside High School Graduate Chris Heston who recently pitched a no-hitter with the World Champion San Francisco Giants.
The video will be delivered to the city’s social media venues, media outlets, realtors and prospective business investors.
It is also aimed at increasing the city’s positive online presence.
The “We Are Palm Bay” video is the first in a planned series of promotional videos featuring the city’s assets and willingness to bring in new business and development.
