Officer David Rodriguez Named City of Titusville’s Employee of the Month

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Congratulations to Officer David Rodriguez of the Titusville Police Department for being chosen the City of Titusville’s Employee of the Month.
Rodriguez is a Patrol Officer for the department and was presented the honor from Titusville City Manager, Scott Larese, on Oct. 27 during the City Council meeting at City Hall.
In the early morning hours of July 16, Officer Rodriguez’s attentiveness to his patrol area and observation skills quickly solved a burglary case that night allowing the victim’s property to be recovered before they even knew it was taken.
“Officer Rodriguez is a 17-year veteran of the Titusville Police Department,” said Amy Matthews, spokesperson for the Titusville Police Department.
“He is one of our department’s finest and is an excellent representative of his chosen profession and of our City. David received this award because of his tireless work ethic, and excellent Community Oriented Policing skills and his willingness to always go above and beyond.
“The Titusville Police Department is truly grateful for David’s dedication, and this award is a public Thank You to David for always exceeding expectations.”
