BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The average list price for a ticket to Super Bowl XLIX this past January in Arizona exceeded $10,000 in the final days before kickoff, according to Fortune magazine.

How about $100 for two tickets to Super Bowl 50 on Feb. 7, 2016, in Santa Clara, California? And round-trip coach air fare for two to the San Francisco Bay area and two nights’ lodging at the DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton in nearby Newark, California?

Again, all for a suggested donation of $100?

That’s what is possible in a raffle whose proceeds will benefit the Scott Center for Autism Treatment at Florida Institute of Technology and the Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation.

No more than 500 tickets will be sold, and the drawing will take place at halftime of the Florida Tech football game on Saturday, Nov. 7, at Florida Tech Panther Stadium in Melbourne. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m.

Winners need not be present to win. Ground transportation, incidentals and all expenses other than those listed above are the responsibility of the winner.
