BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Throughout the year the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office works with numerous businesses in our county on various business and community related projects.

It is our honor to occasionally recognize some of our incredible business partners for their outstanding partnership with our agency and for their impressive years of community service.

I am very pleased to recognize another Brevard County Business that provides exceptional support and service to our citizens and Public Safety community.

Shawn and Jessica Beck, owners of Jacks Wrecker Service have been enthusiastic supporters of our community based events and the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office for over 10 years.

Jacks Wrecker Service was founded in 1977 by Melbourne businessman Jack Cart.

Known for his love of Brevard County, Jack very involved in our community and supported efforts such as little league, youth football, the boy scouts, girl scouts, the Jaycee’s, veterans groups, parades, kids without Christmas, big brothers/big sisters and many more.

But in particular, Jack had a tremendous respect for public safety and a soft spot for first responders.

Always first in line to help whenever called upon, Jack just couldn’t say no to his community.

As the family business grew, Jacks wife Joanne became the company office manager and helped the company grow to one of the most successful and well respected wrecker service’s in our community.

In 2006, Jack’s son Shawn Beck took over the reins and with his mother at his side, continued to expand the company to better serve our citizens. Shawn and his wife Jessica proudly continue the legacy started by Jack and Joanne of supporting and giving back to our community by volunteering time, energy and resources.
