BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Melbourne Police Officer Luis Hernandez made contact last Tuesday with a vehicle that was blocking a roadway in north Melbourne. 

According to the Melbourne police, after conducting a investigation, Officer Hernandez arrested 21-year old Vaughn Stone for possession of numerous different types of illegal narcotics.

Stone had more than 10 bags of Heroin, more than 15 pills of Xanax, cannabis and drug paraphernalia on her person, according to police.

Stone is being held in the Brevard County jail on a $28,000 bond.
