BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA BEACH, FLORIDA – The Cocoa Beach Regional Chamber of Commerce (CBRCC) is pleased to announce the location of its upcoming 48th Annual Gala.
The chamber will begin a new year under Space Shuttle Atlantis at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex on January 22, 2016 from 7-9:30 p.m.
Guests will be treated to the full Atlantis exhibit, including two emotional theatre shows highlighting our history in space exploration. Attendees will also have an opportunity to win an additional ticket to the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex good for one year.
Black-tie optional, this elegant evening is part of the Chamber’s Annual Gala welcoming new members to the Chamber’s board including 2016’s new Chairman, Joe Mayer, Director of Government Relations for Lockheed Martin. “It is an honor to be assuming the role of Chair of the Cocoa Beach Regional Chamber of Commerce,” said Mayer.
“This Chamber is doing great things and I look forward to our new initiatives in 2016 as we continue to ‘Launch New Tomorrows.’”
In addition, the Chamber will present the prestigious Distinguished Service Award; the highest honor bestowed by the CBRCC. The award is presented annually to an individual in the community who best exemplifies leadership and commitment to the Chamber and the public.
