BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – The suspect seen in video surveillance from a local 7-Eleven has been identified as 24-year old Jonathan Cumberbatch of Melbourne, Florida.

Cumberbatch was located and arrested Friday morning on charges of Felony Retail Theft.

The Palm Bay Police Department would like to thank the Melbourne Police Department for their assistance.

The suspect was involved in theft of Lotto tickets from the 7-Eleven located at 800 Palm Bay Road NE.
