Brevard Fire Rescue, Palm Bay Fire Units Douse West Melbourne Residential Blaze

BREVARD COUNTY • WEST MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Brevard Fire Rescue and Palm Bay Fire units responded to a structure fire in the 700 block of Vine Street in West Melbourne on Wednesday morning about 6:30 a.m.

According to BCFR, the property presented some issues in getting access to the home, but firefighters doused the blaze and no injuries were reported.

BCFR reports two displaced adults, and the Red Cross is assisting the family.

The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
