LISTEN LIVE! The undefeated Melbourne Bulldogs (15-0) boys basketball team host the once beaten Titusville Terriers (15-1) Friday night in what is called by some, as the “Game of the Year!”
The Bulldogs are led by 6-foot 7 Senior center Noah Horchler, along with Senior Jake Riffee Logan Folsom and Junior Collin Brown.
The Terriers’ only defeat this year came at the hands one of the top teams in central Florida in Trinity Prep of Winter Park. Titusville is led by a trio of top flight players in Juniors Joe Russell and Romeo Crouch, and Senior Shevelle Bailey.
Both teams are coming off of big wins this week. Melbourne defeated a very good Hagerty (Oviedo) team 53-50, and Titusville beat Palm Bay 68-54. This is not a district game, but is a Cape Coast Conference contest.
The Friday Night Locker Room’s Orville Susong and Steve Wilson will bring you all of the action with pregame set for 7:20 p.m. and tip-off at 7:30 p.m.
