Man Killed in Three-Vehicle Crash On State Road 528 Early Wednesday Morning

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Raymond Deas, 49, was killed on State Road 528 near mile marker 36 in Brevard County early Wednesday morning at about 5 a.m.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Deas, of Orlando, was traveling eastbound, and for an unknown reason, lost control of his 2009 Honda, veered right and struck the guardrail.

A tractor-trailer driven by Felix Candelaria Bello, 27, of Kissimme, and and Victor Gonzalez Rodriguez, 41, of Orlando, were also traveling eastbound on State Road 528.

After the collision with the guardrail, Dea came to rest in the eastbound lanes, facing westbound and the front of the tractor-trailer then struck the front of Dea’s Honda, head on.

Deas spun again and the front of Bello’s vehicle struck the rear of the Dea’s Honda.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Deas was wearing a seatbelt. Bello and Rodriguez were both taken to Wuesthoff Hospital and their condition has not been released.
