BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Melbourne Police Officer Chris Cote was out with his family last week enjoying a great dinner at Outback Steakhouse. A short time later, Officer Cote observed a man choking and going unconscious.

Officer Cote jumped into action by utilizing his training and began with life saving measures.

Within a few moments, Officer Cote had the man breathing again. It was a scary moment for the man and his family.

Thankfully, Officer Cote was on scene and did not hesitate to step up in a time of need.
