Melbourne Police Arrests Four Suspects Tied To Prostitution

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – As a continued effort to reduce street level prostitution, an undercover operation was conducted within the City of Melbourne this past weekend by Melbourne Police.

The Melbourne Police Department Special Investigations Unit made four arrests in the south end of the city along the U.S.1 corridor and in the north end of the city in the Aurora Rd/ Avocado Ave area, according to Commander Dan Lynch of the Melbourne Police Department.

The Melbourne Police Department conducts these operations monthly at different times and in different locations.

All of the suspects arrested have had previous convictions for prostitution related charges.
