Melbourne Police Seek Strong-Arm Robbery Suspect Who Forcefully Took Victim’s Purse

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Melbourne police are seeking two suspects involved in a string of strong-arm robberies on Tuesday.
According to the Melbourne police, at about 10 p.m. on Tuesday at the Aurora Food Mart, located at 1595 Aurora Road, an unknown Black male suspect reached inside the victim’s vehicle and forcefully took the victim’s purse from her grasp, slightly injuring her wrist.
The suspect quickly left the area in a dark colored car driven by a white female.
A similar robbery was also reported early Tuesday morning at the Sunoco Gas Station, located at 4000 S. Babcock Street in Melbourne.
According to the Melbourne police, the suspect entered the victim’s vehicle and pulled her wallet out of her grasp, leaving in a small dark colored car driven by a blonde-haired white female.
