Brevard Sheriff’s Office Investigates Vehicle vs. Pedestrian Traffic Fatality In Cape Canaveral

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a vehicle versus pedestrian fatality which occurred just before 2 a.m. Wednesday morning at the intersection N. Atlantic and Fillmore Avenue in Cape Canaveral.
According to Cpl. Dave Jacobs of the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office, the pedestrian, a 56-year-old adult female, was pronounced deceased on scene. The identity of the driver and victim are not being released at this time.
“Although this is an ongoing investigation, based on the preliminary findings, there are presently no charges pending,” said Cpl. Jacobs in a release.
