Florida Commissioner of Agriculture Adam H. Putnam announced that in his continued effort to make applying for a concealed weapon license as convenient as possible, online appointment scheduling is now available.

Visit FreshFromFlorida.com/cw to schedule appointments at one of the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services’ eight regional offices located in: Fort Walton, Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Orlando, North Port, Tampa, West Palm Beach and Doral.

The new scheduling feature is only available to those seeking their initial concealed weapon license. Consumers can still apply for a concealed weapon license via mail, but a scheduled appointment is required before applying in-office.
