Officers Robert Berg and Alex Martinez conducted a fisheries inspection of a man fishing under a bridge.

When they found that he had caught and kept 34 undersized mangrove snapper, he was given two criminal citations – one for over-the-bag limit and one for possession of undersized mangrove snapper.
