Brevard County RE/MAX Associates Generate Almost $1 Billion In Sales Volume In 2015

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – RE/MAX agents again claim the title of most productive among the national real estate brands.
An analysis of the data contained in the 29th annual 2016 REAL Trends 500 survey shows that RE/MAX agents are more than twice as productive as the average of all other agents in the report.
In Brevard County according to Brevard MLS, in 2015 Re/MAX associates closed 4,447 transactions with a sales volume of $903,901,513; Coldwell Banker closed 2311 transactions with a sales volume of $351,533,970; Century 21 closed 1,249 transactions with a sales volume of $209,810,095; Prudential closed 967 transactions with a sales volume of $200,272,389; and Dale Sorensen closed 506 transactions with a sales volume of $174,383,097.
“RE/MAX provides us with very effective local and international marketing that brings buyers and sellers together,” says Broker Associate, Jennifer McCoy with RE/MAX Elite’s McCoy-Freeman Group.
One of the most widely followed reports in real estate, the REAL Trends 500 ranks the largest U.S. brokerages by total residential transaction sides with a minimum of 500 sides needed to qualify for participation.
Of the total 1,605 brokerages participating in the REAL Trends 500, one third were affiliated with RE/MAX. The nearest competitor placed 386.
Data from the survey show that RE/MAX agents averaged 17.3 home sales, more than double the 7.9 average of all other agents and led all national franchises.
