“WHEEL OF FUGITIVE” SUSPECT GETS ARRESTED WHILE IN POSSESSION OF A CONCEALED FIREARM, STOLEN CREDIT CARDS, AND NARCOTICS

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – This week’s “Wheel of Fugitive” target, David Salisbury, was arrested on Friday by members of the Cocoa Beach Police Department who were originally responding to a suspicious person call on the Boardwalk.

Cocoa Beach Officers responded to the Boardwalk and made contact with Salisbury who provided the Officers with a fake name in an effort to conceal his true identity.

Salisbury was then taken into custody and was found to be in possession of a concealed firearm, stolen credit cards and illegal narcotics.

Salisbury is a convicted felon so he was not only charged with his original fugitive charges but was also charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon as well as other charges.

Salisbury was transported to the Brevard County Jail where he was held on no bond for his original warrant and additional charges.

Great job by the Cocoa Beach PD and the citizens who called in the original suspicious person that led to Salisbury’s arrest.

It would have been so much easier if he had just surrendered himself at the jail so our Corrections Team could have given him a nice warm welcome!
